Fashions the Brady Bunch girls would love! From the 1970's, this collection of knitting and crochet books were published by Bear Brand, American Thread, Leisure Arts, and Bernat.
There are the popular crop tops, including a crochet granny square pattern.
The American Thread book has a beautiful purple tunic with stars. The hooded sweater comes from Workbasket magazine.
The Mother-Daughter Ponchos are also from Workbasket. The collection also features patterns for shawl collar and fur collar pieces which were popular at the time. The mail-order pattern is for a classic crocheted evening jacket which is crafted with lightweight yarn and a 00 steel hook.
And this crocheted top would look great today. Check out the collection at www.acadiancrochet.etsy.com
